Today sees the launch of a brand new mini-comic - Double Doss. It's quite tiny, as you can see from the piccy (left). Those squares on my cutting mat are 1cm x 1cm!
Hand-made (well, photocopied) and folded, stapled and trimmed by the cartoonsit. With all original content, these first editions are likely to become rare collectables and might be worth millions one day.Copies are now on sale in the shop. Look out for new titles in the near future :)

Doing Ads has won an Education Resource Award at the 11th annual event organised by BESA (British Educational Suppliers Association), the trade association representing over 300 educational suppliers in the UK.
Winning the award for 'Secondary Resources and Equipment - Non ICT', The English and Media Centre's Doing Ads included three double-page comic strips by Goom.

The Summer edition of Crosslincs magazine has hit the streets this week. Look on page 2 for this new Goom cartoon, featuring an eco-conscious polar bear. The theme for the issue is 'the world', tying in with features articles on the Lambeth Conference.
Three double-page Goom cartoon strips have just been published in a new educational resource pack. The English and Media Centre's photocopiable pack Doing Ads comes with a DVD which features an animated version of one of the strips.
